DESCRIPTION:PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT: Queensbury Board Meetings\nBOARD MEETINGS: PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT\nPublic Meeting Formats: Physical and Virtual (Live) Town of Queensbury Board Meetings\nDuring the COVID-19 pandemic the Town of Queensbury will be providing alternative meeting formats for Queensbury Board meetings. Meetings will continue\, generally as scheduled\, with online availability and the following changes:\nWhere: Activities Center and Town of Queensbury – YouTube\n742 Bay Road\nwww.youtube.com/channel/UCY8U0sxGms2bJ0xIo-v1FGg\nBoard Meeting Format:\nBoard members will be physically present at the Town’s Activities Center building.\nThe public will be allowed to physically attend but must abide by the Town’s posted COVID-19 Activity Center building rules.\nThe public will also be allowed to remote view live as shown above.\nThe public will be allowed to speak to the Board during announced Privilege of the Floor parts of the agenda either in person (if present at the Activities Center) or by calling in (518 761- 8225).\nThis meeting will be convened in accordance with the Governor’s March 13\, 2020 Executive Order 202.1\, which suspends certain provisions of the Open meetings Law to allow a municipal Board to convene a meeting via videoconferencing. In accordance with the Executive order\, the public has been provided with the ability to view Monday night’s meeting and a transcript will be provide at a later date.
